"Challenging" doesn't even begin to capture the spirit of the Audi Diagnostic Technician Pilot that recently concluded. Striving to provide a significant boost to their respective dealerships' efforts to deliver on Audio's "fixed right the first time" goal, a small group of highly capable technicians accepted the pilot challenge. Now, the results are in, and it's time to applaud these service department experts who tested their mettle and passed the course with flying colors.

This elite group of technicians, hand-picked by various regional teams, participated in a pair of summer Audi Diagnostic Technician Pilot sessions. Initiated by AUDI AG, the program is geared to create a new career path for Audi technicians, focusing on advanced Audi electrical systems.
"Technicians participating in the Audi Diagnostic Technician Pilot faced some of the most difficult challenges imaginable, and the 20 individuals that completed the challenge deserve recognition for their accomplishments," said Matt Shepanek, after sales training manager, Audi Academy.
